Patti Kirker was a no show at her sentencing hearing on May 31 in Forest County Circuit court, resulting in the issuance a nationwide body only bench warrant. Kirker was found guilty of five felony charges, including four for manufacturing and delivery of Schedule I, II narcotics, and one count of delivery of illegal articles to an inmate following a jury trial on March 21.
After she was found guilty Judge Neil Nelsen released her on a $1000 bond to await sentencing. District Attorney Simone had requested that the court to take her into custody until sentencing due to Kirker’s past record of failure to return to court.
