Cash bond lowered in animal cruelty case

Patricia Kirker’s cash bond was lowered on Tuesday, June 6, to $1,000 per case; for a total of $2,000 in cash. Other provisions ordered by Vilas County Judge Neal Nielsen include, “No contact with Sue Kerr and not allowed on the premises where the animals are currently being held and cared for by ASPCA.”

A handcuffed Patricia (Patty) Kirker appeared in Forest County Court along with her attorney, Jay Kronenwetter in front of Judge Nielsen who appeared via telephone from Vilas County. District Attorney Chuck Simono appeared on behalf of the State.
