Niagara School district receives $24,000 grant for smart panel technology

The Niagara School District, always striving to make technology more available to its students, was recently awarded a grant from the Wisconsin Technical Initiative (WTI).
According to Nate Burklund, school superintendent, the $24,000 grant will be applied specifically to smart panel televisions.
“A lot of our smart boards with protectors have aged, so we have to cycle in new ones,” said Nate Burklund, district superintendent. “Rarely are the full grant amounts awarded, but in our case, we received the entire $24,000 that we requested.”
