Wisconsin Remembers final day in the Northwoods July 29
‘A Face for every Wisconsin Name’ on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall
There’s one more opportunity to see Wisconsin Remembers: A Face for Every Name, a traveling exhibit sponsored by the General Federation of Women’s Clubs-Rhinelander Woman’s Club. The exhibit features a photo for each of the 1,161 Wisconsinites officially listed on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. There are additional photos for names that are listed on The Highground Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Neillsville, Wisconsin.
The public is invited to view the last showing on Saturday, July 29 in Crandon at the American Legion Forest Post 94, 110 Madison Street. It’s also the same day as Kentuck Day, a community celebration.
