On November 14, at the Crandon High School Auditorium, 27 students were inducted into the Crandon High School Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS) by NHS advisor Karen Lehman. Assisting in the ”lighting of the candle” ceremony was Ashley Lehman past NHS member. The congratulatory speech was given by principal Mr. Andy Space.
The National Association of High School Principals sponsors the National Honor Societies which were formed as a way to recognize students who are outstanding in four areas: scholarship, leadership, character and service.
