Students from sixth through twelfth grades participated in Niagara School District’s third annual Career Day on Friday, Feb. 1.
Fifteen professions, together with representatives from NMU, NWTC, UW-GB/Marinette and Bay College were represented at the event.
Nathaniel Burklund, superintendent, was on hand to share his enthusiasm for the turnout.
“Every year we try to add something a little bit different, and this year we have our own CPA, Shawna Lindow, for business management, as well as Rebecca Morstad, a Niagara graduate, representing early childhood education,” he shared. “We also have Dennis Lynch, who is a retired teacher, for high school education.”
