Deputy Teresa Chrisman, D.A.R.E. instructor, has implemented the D.A.R.E role models program this year. Statistics and her students have stated that hearing from other peers and older students how they say “no” to drugs and alcohol help them to understand that making the right choice can be done and not to give in to peer pressure.

Chrisman requested students who have been through D.A.R.E. and would like to take on the role of D.A.R.E role models to apply. Chrisman received over a dozen applicants.
